Channel Architecture
Slack channels are organized by geographic zone or district. Staff members watch the channels relevant to their area. When a voter replies, the conversation thread opens in the right channel automatically.
Threads keep conversations contained. Staff can handle multiple conversations simultaneously without losing context. When a conversation is resolved, the thread is simply done — no ticket to close, no status to update.
